Who We Are & What Are Our Values

Shree Sai Enterprises (SSE) is a fast growing & well-respected business house in Thane. The construction arm (SSE- Projects) is involved in Industrial, Commercial, Residential & Infrastructural Construction works as contractors or by supporting owners and contractors with skilled manpower, equipment, sourcing, operations & maintenance etc.

The founders of SSE-Pro, Santosh Gupta and Rajkumar Gupta (who lead the business) are serial entrepreneurs passionate about turning concepts to reality in whatever they do. With Krishna Gupta (who leads operations) on board, a lot of investment is made in developing the human capital; that includes team members, their families, and the communities where we live and work. SSE-Pro is a people-centric firm.

Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)

Safety is paramount. We want every team member to go home safely to their families each night and return to work healthy the next day.

Shree Sai Enterprises (SSE) is committed to provide safe working environment and protection against safety or health risk to all working team members. The safety measures are achieved by minimizing and controlling the hazards through adoption of proper management of risk control.

We understand that the promotion of health & safety measures and appropriate programs to maintain a healthy environment as a mutual objective for management and employees at all levels. We seek co-operation of all employees to enable the company to fulfil its legal obligations and responsibilities. They are equal party in ensuring compliances in their respective functional areas of operation.

To maintaining high standards of safety, health & environment at all premises to provide the teams a joyful, safe and healthy working condition.
To provide the necessary training and instructions to enable employees, service providers, consultants, authorised visitors, workers, et al to perform their work safely and efficiently.
To assess hazard risks and provide all necessary safeguards against accidents, safety devices and protective equipment to enable safe working activities to employees.
To foster a culture of quick response to incidents (accidents including near misses), and promptly reporting & investigating any such occurrences.
To fulfil legal, social, moral responsibilities for safety, health and environment and to comply with statutory provisions and other environmental laws.
The up-keep and maintenance of tools / machineries / vehicles / safety appliances in perfect working condition and an 'Emergency Rescue Team' be kept ready at all times.
The Management shall ensure that teams are adequately trained for safety awareness, and lessons learnt from incidents are shared for better preparedness for contingencies.
It is, therefore, our company’s policy to review costs as appropriate, to do all that is reasonable to prevent personal injury and damage to property and to protect staff and the general public from foreseeable work hazards including environmental nuisances.
